All that's missing is that hysterical scene when Shemp has a fishbowl stuck over his entire face. When Shemp tells Moe and Larry to help him get it off, all we can hear is gibberish coming from the fishbowl. When Moe asks Larry "What He Say", Larry repeats the gibberish and gets slapped in the face.

IN 1940, THE IMMENSE POPULARITY OF THE THREE STOOGES WAS DEEMED SUCH A POTENTIAL THREAT to the credibility of The Third Reich that Adolf Hitler added them to his personal death list. What roused the Führer’s ire was a Stooges two-reeler called You Nazsty Spy!, a ruthless send-up of Hitler and his fascist regime released nine months before Chaplin’s The Great Dictator.

When moe says "The perambulation of the pedal extremity is impeded by the insertion of a foreign botanical offshoot" its actually not gibberish..
