With side b it's kind of difficult because if you hang the ledge from above with side b you kind of teleport to the ledge and it makes it so you can't get two framed, that's why you see Palu and Sheik players up b from above as well

There’s lots of subtle timing mixups fox can do to avoid a byleth f smash at ledge, which makes it more likely than not light gets back to ledge. At that point Leo is probably getting punished pretty hard, the risk reward probably isn’t in Leo’s favor
