I can never understand when these fighters trainers don’t tell them to leave head movement untill it’s actually needed. Lafferty, who has come on with his head movement imo, moves his head around like crazy and is just haemorrhaging energy, but as soon as he steps in for an attack his head is not moving/as much.

is more difficult boxing barehands than with gloves. the hands are faster but prone to injury, boxing footwork is more basic because is functional. A boxer like lomachenko or floyd cant box barehands. Lafferty is a mediocre boxer but in bkb is good that is because his style invite to attack but as soon a barecknukle fist land in your face you then to backing up a bit.

@@blackmetalcumbia The things that work in boxing are the same things that work in bkb. Things like head movement, combination punching and angles/footwork. The only reason that lafferty and fighters like him win, is because the standard is so much lower in bkb.. I’m not trying to take anything away from them but boxers like Floyd and Lomo would walk through any bkb fighter in their weight class.
