TL;DR ;) Let me be VERY clear- dogs are beautiful & simple creatures. Their programming is VERY obvious if you've interacted with them your whole life. That dog has systematically & regularly been abused. Tim approached with angry verbal and non-verbal cues and the dog KNEW he was about to be abused. Head down, tail tucked... those two cues are simple yet UNOQUIVICAL evidence that he has repeatedly beat an innocent creature, which is one of 2-3 most dark human behaviors that I'm aware of. No excuses, no BS, no apologies accepted from him. Done with this man.

As someone who has been charged when a dog bit me repeatedly and left me scarred. I used force to get the dog off, I think unless an animal is trying to harm you or your family you shouldn't use force. And that dog didn't deserve that.

The band members shoulda just made a "AILD 2.0" kinda band, Tim is replaceable And i just watched the uncensored which gives a much clearer picture. He DID NOT just tap the dog lmfao if you think that you are crazy, and its hard to tell the second video if he slapped the dog or punched him cause it starts way too quickly, all i know is after he hit the dog he had a fist

Well they kind of did. They started Wovenwar when Tim wound up in prison. It just didn’t hit as hard. But now there are so many young aspiring vocalists in the game that replacing him wouldn’t be hard.

Even though As I Lay Dying is possibly the biggest influence and big 4 of Metalcore with gems like "Powerless Rise", "An Ocean Between Us", "Shadows are Security", & "Shaped by Fire". The problem is Tim who still doesn't believe he's the problem and whatever it making him go back to his old ways which is probably steroids. Everything was going well looking as if he reformed getting back together with the original lineup of As I lay Dying and remarrying, but I guess steroids again.

Amen anyone that doesn't think what he did is abuse is an animal abuser themselves and they all need to have their animals taken away and not be allowed to get any more. They need to be put on what is called in the rescue world a DNA list, it stands for do not adopt. I've been rescuer for 35+ years and I would NEVER allow someone like them to get an animal.

I'm not defending Tim at all whatsoever. But how the hell would those videos have gotten out other than his ex wife? I'm sure Tim is not gonna put himself out there like that. It seems to me that she doesn't wanna take any accountability for any of this just like Tim. Tim is being vague and clearly not giving the full truth. Literally though, only 2 people would've had access to those videos. Tim and Dani. So, how else would they have gotten out? That's my only question.

I have a big dog, he destroys things if I leave them outside by accident, even indooors, they aren’t always the best, we get mad when they get in the way at times 😂, I’ve gotten pissed at my dog, yelled, kicked him when he was too rough with my kids, understandable. They aren’t human 😂. Every scenario is different. Don’t blame it on the band 😂.
