@@collinsokafor4389 i swear the caf’s are so damn cool. You can make the stats yourself and choose the perks yourself. Even ankle wraps are an option. Just a crazy game. Sucks I can’t get it above 30fps on my series S tho kinda sad even tho the xbox supports 120fps

5:40 I think that the later UFC games after 3 hold our hands alot more in certain areas. The automatic pull down in postured positions, the movement escape for clinches and on the cage in particular rather than having to fight out. The stamina and damage is so much more forgiving too. All strikes felt more impactful, getting elbows rained down at head and body in half guard etc. Even the way revovery after knockdowns worked. And the cage battle on double leg positions where you can strike your opp, or even shoulder strikes and foot stomps. Maybe I have my nostalgia glasses on but I really do miss it. It just felt like an MMA game where you can win with strategy by making good decisions outside of just throwing combos at head.

Wanna know why everyone's doing that punch-punch-dodge thing now and why it's so effective? Because the evasion timings currently allow for dodging way before the strike is thrown, giving you ample time to see if your opponent throws a missing strike or not, so there's no need to commit to the counter.
