Not only are you guys some of my favorite people to listen to. to watch, But my daughter was fighting to survive after having a horrible stroke when me and her mother were told things were not looking good for her... it made me think of you thick. With all the hell you have gone threw. I have been watching you guys for years. but listening to the stories. the pod casts. how hard you fought thick. It gave me hope. it lifted me up. And for the 8 and a half weeks you crazy lot helped me threw the worst time in my life. And for 2 weeks when my daughter was awake enough she would lay in the bed and id sit there close to her and watch your 7 days stuff. We watched all of it. Everything. im sitting here with her right now on the couch watching this vid. You made us both laugh and smile in the hardest time in our lives. you lifted our hopes. I seem to remember only a few times that they all managed to survive a horde night. The pathing of the zombies reverts to attacking structures if there is no clear path to reach the survivors, so they are very lucky that the whole thing did not collapse.

The radio towers make great bases they have a pre-built bunker, tower can be reinforced and used for high-ground, has a reinforced fence as a basis for a layered defense.

Very surprised that the base didn't fall apart. Thought as the roof part was collapsing, the rest of the building would follow. You have some pretty elaborate traps for them, but their pathing isn't always going to match, they never even went up the stairs. Also to Neebs, have you made an oven yet? @.@ Can't wait for more!

@12:35 Neebs had a great point. If everyone is on one side and the zombies go to that side and keep attacking, all the damage will be on one side with breaches in the walls but if you rotate the players to another side then the zombies will go to that side and start attacking. Basically He was trying to say that you could share the damage with all sides so that there will not be any breaches. But he didn't get to finish his point. Edit: Congrats on Zero hoard night deaths.

Best horde base so far, no deaths, not even a simon falling, or a getting thick'd. If i was playing this, i'd not leave that base lol, just repair it during the week, as most of its stuff is still working, just need the spikes at the bottom, and can probably do concrete walls, make it more sustainable over time. But thats just how me and my mates play, can't wait to see the next base, and hope it goes as good as this one. Hope Thick's doing better, and Simon too, unsure if he still has covid, as he's been absent from some videos. Can't wait till next weeks 7 days, or the next gen 0, or Ark Tribe war.

Not sure with all these updates but I use hay blocks to traverse spikes allowing a 360 barrier at all times and can be quickly used to get out of "sticky" situations like when Appsro Simoned his way down to to the bottom.

@Neebs Gaming you guys need to focus on raiding book stores, to read reloading weekly books, to learn all the ammo crafting, truth be told though once you hit lvl 50 and start making coil guns/ ammo only a couple of guns which use 7.62mm that are worth keeping till end game, the m60 and the m4A1. What Needs needs to do is make vast corn fields and large amounts of animal snares,because in order to make coil ammo, you need to make coil batteries, instead of gun powder, steel casings, and preferred bullet tip. coil batteries need polymer and electrical parts .Polymer can be made using corn meal ,and bones to make duct tape so you can make your own electrical parts with the DIY perk

On another note, keep some purified water on you to extinguish the fire when you are set on fire by drinking it. (Any drink works but no benefits will be given, it just puts the fire out I believe) It will be needed for later enemies....

Hey Guys, you may want to try and get a better understanding of "Zombie Pathing". Every time you barricade your self in a base by surround it with spikes it ends in catastrophic failure. The reason is you do not give the Z's a path to your kill zone. You guys watch Glock9, does he ever enclose himself in spikes? No, because it screws with Pathing. Cheers. Path of least resistance will be chosen more times than not.
