@TomDark As someone that quit smoking, replacing it is easy. The problem isn't fixed. Diet soda wouldn't be enough tbh. Caffeine doesn't replace nicotine. Alcohol can, which contributed to me becoming an alcoholic when I quit nicotine many years back. You can't drink and drive after all... Unless...? Jokes aside, yeah. You just need to say you quit. Every time you have a craving? Nah, I quit. No rationalizing why you can have one as a reward. You quit. You have the will power to push yourself to workout everyday, or at least 3-4 times a week, yeah? You can do it now. If you can't, you're being a bitch to your training. Also, be prepared to be more hungry. Best to cut nicotine after a cut, or starting a bulk/carb load. You're going to gain weight cutting nicotine.

I just recently got over the 200lbs mark at 6’ tall. You literally have to just force yourself to eat, even working out 5-6 days a week. I do agree tho that switching up routines every once in a while is a good thing or even taking a couple weeks off to let your body recover fully. Also, stretching is important no matter how much I didn’t see the point of it when I was in my late teens/early twenties

I went to Scotland with my smoking hot dime piece gf of over 10 years back this past August. We had a ton of fun and I took out a personal loan of $3,500 just so I could have money while I was there cause shits expensive. And my credit was decent enough for me to get approved. First time I’ve ever done something like that (getting financial help through my bank) and I’m pretty proud of it. Sadly though, I just got fired from my job about a week 1/2 ago and now I have bills accumulating that I can’t pay and this loan debt to pay off on top of it and I’m not sure what I’m gonna do. But the moral of my story is after the trip, we flew from Edinburgh to Boston (about a 6 hour flight) and then from the Boston airport back to Raleigh NC, then from there I drove us back to our hometown South Boston, VA. Yes I know it’s a weird name for a town in Virginia. But in the airport, I was very hungry. And with the last bit of my remaining loan money, I did in fact hit up the Boston airport Jimmy John’s and got the coveted Turkey Tom sandwich with a side of pesto basil pasta specifically because it was called “Turkey Tom” And I tell ya what, it slapped. It was very delicious, despite it being a very basic sub/sandwich/whatever. And side note: the job I was fired from after nearly a year of working there was in a Food Lion (local super chain of grocery stores in the SouthEast of the states) Meat Dept and during the Thanksgiving holiday we sold hundreds upon hundreds of turkeys. The smaller turkeys (10-16lb) were called Hens and the bigger Turkeys (16-22lb) were called Turkey Toms. And every time I weighed those bad boys up and priced them, I would think of my little man here Turkey Tom. Love your videos and I think you’re genuinely a cool dude from how you present yourself on KZbin and online spaces in general. I’m 29, I’ll be 30 in July 2025. You’re kind of like the Gen Z Sam Hyde in a way. If you catch my drift and that is a compliment
