Have you heard of Mega Ran? He’s a rapper who’s recorded loads of wrestling themed songs. He’s performed at Wrestle Mania and a bunch of other WWE events. I don’t know much about wrestling, but you can tell Mega Ran is passionate about it and he knows his stuff (unlike Tom MacDonald). He’s also immensely talented when it comes to word play, and he’s a really great guy. He’s pretty much the antithesis of Tom MacDonald.

There were numerous responses and Drake I’m sure took it to heart as well considering his place in rap at the time. Unfortunately I rarely listen to Drake and just followed Kendrick’s music, so I know next to nothing regarding anything on a more personal level that they might have said to each other.

tbf, ICP has him on longevity and actual industry staying power, too. I remember them from when I was a freaking teen in the 90's... They have paid their dues and consistently worked for their plays. I don't like them, but I have a few ounces of respect for their "all in" approach and for doing what they love because they love it, not because it will hit a core group of non-rap fans to ride the "anti woke" wave wherever it takes them.

I grew up around juggalos and was forced to listen to ICP for YEARS and what I can say is they are so much more creative in their lyrics (and really just overall so much more creative and interesting) than Tom MacDonald's ever been and they have a much better flow.
