We need more bartenders, plumbers, house painters, cashiers and clerks in Congress. THAT was the point of the Revolution and the Constitution. All we have truly done is create a new feudalism. Where money replaces birthright. Where the "Divine Right of Kings" is replaced by the Divine Right of Wealth. Imagine Jefferson, or even friend-of-wealth Hamilton, hearing about Sheldon Adelson's $100M donation to Republican Party candidates in EACH ELECTION CYCLE! They would be in disbelief. To be fair she just lead him into a trap. And his respones"I dont know, ill have to think about" is quite decent, because you need to know more detailed information about her life. I think the wage is quite good. The father should also give his hand in helping the child. If he does the money wouldnt be a big problem. It just seems, that she had bad luck to end up like this. I just wanted to say, that given the situation i dont agree with neither of them because there are alot of details that arent shown here. and those details could make a huge difference otherwise all single mothers/fathers raising their child are living with -567 dollars per month. and we know that its not true.

I know right? Especially because they keep applauding her, even though she’s directly talking about them, about how all the world leaders have failed on this front, how their focusing on economics and politics has caused all of this and turned this from an easily preventable issue to a problem that is only growing in size. Yet every one of them thinks they’re the exception, that they’re the actually good ones, that by applauding her they can feel like they’re helping when all they’re doing is continuing the problem. The truth is none of us can turn back climate change just by being a bit more sustainable, it’s nice to think that we have some control over the problem, but only the leaders we elect are capable of doing anything

Hello Natalie, I believe young people like her that sees this world problem is a great thing, and i believe we need to support it. However, the problem is, she giving that speech in the UN, not on a conference that held in her own country. UN is a place where every nation in this earth unite to solve issues. So, why is it a problem? We got developing countries and undeveloped countries in the UN and we talk about climate? Really? Is she understood that there are so much country in this world other than her country? Is she understood that there is a thing called poverty? If she did understood all of that thing, she should've known that climate is not the issue that the UN should solve first, why? For having some sort of technology to be applied in developing countries or even undeveloped countries you should know that it's not cheap. I'm talking about africa continent and asia continent. Now we know which one the UN need to be solved first, right? I believe that UN will support every ideas for a renewable sources of energy or a technology that provides it, but it's not like we need it right now. And even if the UN solves the problem, we can't make the climate changes turn into 0% completely, because our nature itself also contribute to the climate change and we can't do nothing about it. And one last thing, i feel like Greta is like a puppet, i think she's used for taking sympathy and empathy of the UN members. I hope you understand what i'm talking about and this perspectives comes from one of a developing country in this planet. Thanks!

Men are cowardly. Literally weak. Women are ridiculously stronger in mentality. The only reason why men are where they are is because of their physical domination over women. And their scary/creep factor that has kept fearful women in their homes for centuries. It’s just a fact. Men confront with fists instead of actually talking and reasoning about the problem because it’s much more difficult to do than to throw a punch. Fact, women cry because they can handle being vulnerable. They are stronger because they put their vulnerabilities out there to state a bigger message. That’s something most men can’t do.

With coupons my medication is 849.00 for a 30 day supply. In other countries I have seen it for 55 dollars for a 30 day supply. This is so insane and unbelievable for me to read. I’m from the Netherlands and we have social health insurance as well as private. This means that people can get almost every medicine for free. Yes social insurance has negative factors to it as well, but also so many positive ones. I just can’t understand how a government and citizen of a country don’t want this just because of “freedom”. We are free as well and can get medical help when we need without having to think if we can also eat that night. I really do hope things will change in the U.S as to me this just sounds as a violation of human rights.

I know many laud AOC which I totally agree she's awesome. But here's to another kudos to Mr. Mckean for listening to his morals and his conscience that tells him to do what he believes is right despite the massive repercussions that would have on his career. I wish many more politicians can take Mr. Mckean's example and bring back the integrity our government has lacked for many.

My heart hurts for Greta, taking on the world at an age where I was just trying to figure out my own daily teen struggles. IlayArye I wrote in perfect English, what else do you not get. She has an eyewitness for HIV pill which halts it from converting to AIDS. The patient directly says that the public has funded and is in fact supposed to be non-profitable. That directly affects the economy by changing the market price of something that costs $8 in AUS but ~$2000 in US. More people dying for not reason means less working class individuals WHICH MEANS THE ECONOMY WILL DROP OVER TIME. ( ~ means approximate since you don't understand basic English) Hope you can understand that since you had no facts to back up you claim😉
