Adding to that, I do think they did Billie's entrance justice. Death has this cool ass entrance, the music playing for him, and Billie sings it herself, which is fitting if (as SuperFanatural believes) she was overwhelmed by the new job. I think that' episode itself explains how angels are created. Holy church going Humans are physically teleported to heaven without dieing or loses their physical body ( not like using a gates or portals) like Moses from the bible. Then a powerful being gives them power or I believe an arch angel could create a low level angel if he wanted to by giving grace. Just it been over 2,000 year since angels/chuck were on earth. The higher ups also twisted alot of angels memories. them saying since creation could just be programming to hide the truth. This explains Joshua being human in the Bible and later an angel. I mean it would explain also my theory on eve and her being the actual eve.
