Lot's of good questions. My first rule when someone is just starting out their career is, get experience!!! Look for companies and roles that will get you the experience you need to accelerate your career. Often we focus on who pays the most. However, this can be an issue if the job does not give you the experience you need to move ahead in your career in 3, 5, 10 years. So put some time into reviewing where you want your career to go and be selective in the roles you apply for based on what they offer and how it can benefit your career.
