really cool chat of you two. Was a pleasure to listen to it. Jakob sayed he loves to talk about army of thror and I'm currently painting one for an upcoming tournament. Here's my question: Would you still take the 500p list with thror and thrain if the the szenarios are domination, destroy the supplies, recon and contest 😅 Or how would it differ to handle those with the dwarves? Would love to here your opinion on this.

Sorry for the delay in replying. Jacob is a massive fan of 'army of thror' and runs it whenever he gets the chance. It will definitely struggle in both recon and destroy the supplies, but there is definitely ways to win. You will be on the back foot the whole game. Both games you are playing incredibly defensively and only going for the main objective if you real can. Your aiming to win these guys with the secondary objectives (leader, break ect) Contest you'd be feeling pretty good, even tho thror' ain't the best at killing and domination well your dwarves, sit on objectives and don't move. -Sean

The one reason i don't like army of gothmog is that you can do it better with Regular Mordor. Everything of the Legion bonus is on Gothmog. And if you don't fight a men army, you don't really get anything other that gothmog is legendary and heros benefit from his standfast. With regular Mordor you get the Mordor Army bonus that is quite good(as long you habe the numbers). And you can have more diffrent heros like Kadush or Gorbag. Also you still have Hatred Men in 3" of Gothmog. That "time of the orc has come" is 12" is enough.

Gully truly is the superior flying monster, I've had my fair share of fun with it. But a dragon has fireeeee. -Sean

Similar to the taskmaster, Braga with Lake Town. Does he have to have might to try to call a heroic for free when within range of the Master?

You do have to have might in the store to be able to call an action. Calling the action (using the mighty) comes before braga or the task master would trigger their ability to give/get it for free. -Sean
