I wish every lecture i go through was as relaxing and smoothing as this one, just like a cup of melissa tea. I enjoyed it very much. Thank you, Peter 😍👏 Is there any chance for another beautiful garden lecture about plants that help to relax galbladder and release bile?

Thank you for this! ❤ My mother and grandmother have had IBD, and I get occasional symptoms which tells me I could possibly get it too. I love herbal remedies and I will try Fennel next time I’m bloated. I drink a peppermint tea at night and it seems to help me a lot.

This is a great video, my problem with promoting somewhere like CNM is people today are not playing on their strengths but getting bogged down in 'the industry' and science speak, so a herb tutor recently said elder prevented flu by stopping the spike, when she didn't know influenza viruses don't have spikes but elder works on specific different pathways for both influenza and sars viruses while she would have known how elder was used in the past with the many good results whatever the theory. Similarly when the college, like other training platforms, discusses 'long COVID' and doesn't know the key research and results are primarily successful treating it as viral infection, not post-viral. As such 'aspirin' is one of the things working on the biofilms when going after the virus, there are herbal alternatives for aspirin in the research work of the one doctor who eradicated long covid from the outset in his practice and was resolving it in peeps inside 3 weeks in various studies . I'm not sure the college would even be considering what those herbal things are considering they went the wrong direction and are heavily influenced by a doctor not really getting good results and not good with covid.

I use Braggs Organic Vinegar when I get a prolonged IBS flare. Is it true if you don't like the taste of an herb it will not help you and vice versa?
