Very good pricing overview! The constants I observed from 30 years of pricing the products we made: Pricing is HARD and we consistently tend to undervalue our time. In the final analysis, time is all that we have to sell and it's a very limited commodity. Pricing formulas are key for all the reasons given, but I'd like to add another. When we price rationally, we not only are prepared to justify the value proposition to the customer, but maybe more importantly, we justify the value proposition to ourselves. No product is easier to sell than a product that we REALLY believe in. So, add the value that the market will immediately recognize and pay a premium for and the pricing conundrum tends to fade.

Pricing has always been hard for me. I don't want to over charge someone but I also don't want ripped off. I put a lot of hours in some of my pieces and not everyone can do what we do. When it's all done by hand it requires talent not just training. Thanks for the video

It's so true. Pricing can be so hard and even more so when we're emotionally attached to the work. I trust you are aware of this already, but over time you fall into a amount that fits you and your customer and allows pricing to become AL little easier. If you haven't found it yet (the wage portion) trust that you will and remember sometimes we bend to get the art out there but this never was meant to be or is permanent.
