Great video, I listened to it on the way to work this morning and subscribed and liked. However no East of West, Manhatten Projects, Astro City, Cyberforce, Stormwatch, Decorum, Black Science, and Jupiter's Legacy is criminal my friend. Loved the content though and took down some titles from your list to look into. I will give Monstress #1 a read again to see what I seemed to have missed. Great work enjoyed it.

Thank you for watching and subscribing. The thing about list is that I could ask 30 hardcore Image fans to make their top 30 and it would be 30 different drastically different list. I did give all the books you mentioned a chance but these are the ones that spoke to me. There are other critically acclaimed Image titles like Seven To Eternity and Gideon Falls that Also didn't make my list. Thanks! As I stated in the chat. Image has some incredible franchises in its roster and Hollywood is late to the game in adapting them outside of comics. Hopefully the success of Invincible will have them taking a look at adapting some of their most acclaimed franchises that make sense for an animated series like Saga, Monstress, Rat Queens and get Chew out of development hell! All of those examples could be a 2 hour block of four 30 minute animated series on something like Adult Swim all back to back.. and expose these incredible properties to a wider audience. I wish i was a show runner and show them how do it.

Invincible and The Walking Dead got me back to reading comics in 2003.

Both of these titles were created and written by the same man in the same year in Robert kirkman. Its the equivalent of bowling a perfect 300 twice in the same year while at the same time winning the powerball twice as well.

Yeah. they have published a lot of important titles in the last 30 years that are classic. The disadvantage they have in Adapting their projects is that Marvel is owned by Disney and DC is owned by Warner Brothers. Major movie/Tv studios with tons of money to make their stuff.. Everyone once in a while something like the Walking Dead gets made and becomes a big mainstream hit but Hollywood apparently is still not aware of how many good titles Image has that could be big hits. more need to be made into Animation, TV and movies for sure. @@PenGame Thank you Evil. Spawn is not only the best Image comic ever (Imho) its one of the best comic book universes ever created. 327 issues and still going. If Todd Mcfarlane would stop getting in his own way it would be a sci-fi movie trilogy that would blow people away. Wildcats is very good too. Jim Lee sold it to DC so they own it now.. what do you sell you? that a lead character has a secret ID? in Spiderman, Peter Parker was his face in public but in private he was a crime fighter as Spiderman. in the comic Black Magick, the lead character Rowan Black is detective in her public life but in private her secret ID is she is witch. and like Peter she has to balance the public and the private. Its a really good story that you judged without even reading it. so how can you properly judge it??

thanks for watching and commenting. the majority of what i read in comics is now mostly indie comics like Image. You dont need to know years of confusing continuity and jump right into the story from its inception. I hope you learned about some titles you may not know about and will want to try out. Wetworks is not in my Top 30. I mentioned in the intro of this video explaining how Image was founded by 7 Artist that left Marvel and what their first projects were. of the 7 only 3 of them (Spawn, Wildcats, and The Savage Dragon) made my top 30 of all time from Image.

Yes I pronounce it as SA-ga and not SAH-GA. it might not be phonetically correct but thats how i say it. Are there other words you want to point out. I intend to improve my pronouncing of words going forward if I know which ones I didn't get right. No problem.
