As a long-time disc golfer and local Wacoan I have three takeaways on the tournament: 1.) So cool to see Stokely ace in Waco, where we all watched him win handily and then clear the Brazos River with putters after the tournament decades ago; 2.) although I have only played it in it's shortened format, the Lake Waco course looks to be an excellent addition to the DGPT circuit. The final holes have the ability to 'produce' a winner just like at Brazos Park East (The Beast). 3.)Television camera positions need some working on at the Lake Waco course. There were numerous occasions where it was extremely difficult to follow the flight of the disc- most noticeably in the case of Anthony Barela's ace.

Great tournament, they really have to figure out camera footage though. This quality/lack of seems too amateur for pro tour.

@@affonen It wouldn't take a massive crew. Some people actually like to see what they are watching. They can surely afford more of a camera crew, no excuse if normal golf programs can achieve this quite easily, following an even smaller object with twice as many opponents.

@@derpderpin1568 the point of disc golf is to get the disc in the basket in as few shots as possible. So yeah, the throw itself was better than any of the aces, but the result wasn’t. So taking the whole shot into consideration, including its result on the scorecard, is why aces are better than eagles.

No decent actual footage of the aces? Really? Even the camera work on Scott's ace wasn't a member of the production's camera crew. Maybe it's time to get some camera manufacturers as sponsors in the game to help pay for capturing footage on all aceable holes? You can charge fans to have access to events and follow cards of their choice, but don't have the funds to have 1 camera parked at all ace opportunity holes? Hear it all the time, "Grow the sport." Grow the fan viewing experience along with the sport. Did the subscribers of the network atleast get to see the aces captured?
