I have a SOG: Trident and I cannot stress enough this comes out of the box absolutely razor sharp and the grip is firm...the lock is tight and the assist on the flip is fun! Really great knife. I’m talking SHARP boyz

I love the key knife. I have a complete set of keys for each of my vehicles, and I made sure to include a key knife with each set. Surprisingly sharp and durable. They don't feel gimmicky like some other key knives I've come across.

I have that brass key knife. It actually came with an even blade grind and was sharp enough to shave hair. SOG is far behind many of their competitors in their price bracket but I am glad to see that they are trying to innovate their brand and starting to produce good knives.

Had me a Twitch XL for years now as my EDC. A little heavy, but always gets the job done. It has half serrated blade with graphite aluminum handle. Took off the thumb studs because I only use the flipper. Keep the Banter rolling!!

My favorite SOG is the Snarl neck knife. It’s just so easy to have on you. It’s small but you could do some damage if you had too.

Bring back the old manual lockback SOG Tomcat design made in Japan or Taiwan with a thumb stud. It will sell like hotcakes. If Spyderco and Benchmade also brought back some of their old designs they would also sell very well. I do not understand why marketing departments miss this. Yes I get that Kershaw focuses on assisted opening, for that is their bread and butter, but I can assure you there is a huge market for those tried and true old designs. They are awesome.

I have a Flash AT XR, Trident AT XR and Vision XR. I love the Vision so much. I have a SOG Tac XR on the way. I prefer fully manual knives. Again, the Vision XR is arguably my favorite among all the knives I own.

I like the Sog terminus and most companies are having a go at the crossbar style lock but I don’t really like that SOG is making their whole lineup with the XR, especially since the springs are really weak. I fidget with my Benchmade for years without the springs breaking, after fidgeting the same way with my Sog terminus for 2 weeks the springs broke.

@@londiniumarmoury7037 I was looking for a heavy duty folder and came across the "Seal XR" by SOG. It's a very solid knife that fits the bill very well in all areas. Great steel, solid build and a beast. Not something that I would EDC carry due to it's size but when needed it's a great choice.

@@Nordraw Just had a look, seems pretty good to me, I like it, apart from the coated blade, I don't really see the point of coating an S35VN blade, as it's pretty much rust proof anyway. The only reason I can event hink of for it being coated is in case you are a special ops squad member, and you are trying to assassinate somebody in the darkness with your knife, and don't want the reflection of the blade to give away your position. But I rarely have such missions.
