yo, explode on disc has no knockback. The knockback from explode is the same as the structure that it has been applied to.

The one thing I’ve found with straighting disks is if you do it enough times you can get flown off the edge, that’s why I use uppercut to deflect the disks around me.

Update: I have now decided that using pillar is actually better since it's a fast summon and can withstand the force of disk and gives you something to throw at them :)

a fun technique i do is summon 2 big walls and use hold . each hand can hold a wall which i use for defense and something ive only been able to do a couple times is rapidly straiting both walls at the same time which hehe big damage if it connects properly

Picked up the game today and absolutely wrecked people with these combos, lol. I did find that it’s easier for me to do disk>straight if I spawn a disk right handed, then do straight left handed. It’s like doing a “one-two punch”.

Tip for disc straight: Don’t punch the disc, punch towards your target. It helped me get it consistently.

What are your thoughts on uppercut>straight mainly for the regular ball boulders? I "feel" like it goes forward a little faster as far as travel time compared to the kick>straight and I've been a bit more consistent with it (for the boulders only). I've also found that Uppercuts (w/o the straight) on a grounded boulder MIGHT be going farther compared to a non-grounded one, haven't tested how much damage each inflicts yet but that might be interesting to look into. Also, keep up with this content man! Pretty helpful, especially for the community. :D

Ball + uppercut + straight - super effect for airborne enemies I found it by accident because of the way I transition from ball to straight, and it happens to me often. It's really funny when it hits them mid air

Find Straight kick to be pretty easy actually can do it fairly consistently but cant do many other things in this video. If anyone is having difficulty with it try walking forward as you do it. I think it increases the sweetspot window for getting the kick in.

Another good combo especially for pushing walls is dash grab straight, since when you grab the wall it goes slightly forward (grounded btw) and you can straight it like that and so it should dash towards it, grab it, push. It

Now that I’ve ranked up cool they are there, but before hand when I was trying to figure out what is and isn’t restricted by level it was kinda irritating. I’ve won most of my matches and I’m monolith now. Just beat a black belt to get to this level funny enough. I also haven’t been able to find a belt color map for ranks XD

Lol I was waiting for straight kick. I accidentally found it after learning walls and kept spamming walls and pillars at my friend who didn’t have a response until we got grab and parry. Then I sucked at throwing without damaging myself and proceeded to get obliterated again

Ooh also if you take like two paces backwards after summoning a wall and then summon another, you can launch them that way too. I find it to be more unexpected at times and you immediately have another wall to work with as the other ones flying through the air, but I haven’t tried your pillar punch combo yet it might make it more consistent.

I personally hate cube spam, if you aren't using flow stone it feels like you just can't get out of it and I just find it annoying in general.

It's important to keep your distance when you don't want to get the cube spam treatment. Use sorting by default instead of normal walking
