It’s interesting you mentioned agent force as a cost-effective labor option for SMB‘s. Smaller companies are typically my bread and butter, and I find that a lot of executives at these companies are even hesitant to introduce automation features. I find it significantly more challenging to work with these companies on digital transformation than a forward, thinking startup or enterprise. It may be a more cost-effective solution, but without successful implementations and a clear picture of how they can use agent force, it’s going to be a challenge. For myself, I venture to say that I’m cautiously optimistic about it.
