With a custom banlist per pack. (focused on watering down the op spell cards) I have a deck that utilizes Wall Shadow with metamophisis to transform it into useful fusion monsters. It kinda works for the level of the pack. Another card it also uses is the ritual monster Skull Guardian, because it is also a level 7 and a Wall shadow in my hand would be perfect material for the ritual summon. I love using cards deemed terrible and finding a way to give them a use :)

It makes me so sad that the early Yu-Gi-Oh designers were so intent on nerfing the cards from the manga to the point of most of them being unplayable... and then the cards made up just for the OCG/TCG would be meta relevant. You'd go to a Yu-Gi-Oh tournament and hardly see any cards *from* Yu-Gi-Oh!
