I've had professors who were Steven Hawking intelligent, but tripped over themselves during the explanation such that it was usually easier to skip class and do outside research. Meanwhile I also learned from a Syrian immigrant with fairly stilted English and the thickest accent you could imagine that could nonetheless effortlessly walk us all through some of the most complicated calculations to the point where I could almost do them in my sleep after one example. It's been said that the French philosopher and author Voltaire had a better grasp of Newtonian mathematics and thermodynamics than Newton himself because of how well he was able to take the esoteric comprehension of math and physics and translate it to writings understandable by the average lay person. He may not be teaching us high end particle physics, but Kengineer nevertheless shows an extreme amount of skill in education.

Do note that if you choose riven slivers instead of kuva when opening Requiem relics, with the same amount opened you would get more kuva. Since relics give 2500 per relic but 10 riven slivers would give 35000. Downside is that its a weekly reset and I keep forgetting they exist.

My clanmates and I always choose to run steel path requiem disruption over survival because unlike survival which needs fixed 90 mins to reach maximum efficiency, disruption only takes about 60 (~3 mins per round). When kavat becomes a good cat and decides to flourish with resource charms, that's 160k~170k kuva per hour you are looking at.

I still do that now, except I wait for steel path kuva survival fissure, that way I get boosters from opening relics, extra steel essence for opening relics, acolytes for steel essence and kuva from the life supports all at the same time. Run that with a booster and Smeeta kavat and your stacking kuva easily.

Glad to see more people trying to run SP fissure kuva survivals when they're up. The other tip with those is to let all the siphons spawn and just pick one location since the timing for them will let you just always have one siphon active with another one respawning when it finishes. Worst case you can do the rest before you leave the mission.

Certain arbitrations with a proficient team of 4 can net you some crazy essence/hr Sedna, mercury and Saturn with their respective Defense and Interception mission nodes can actually net you 40-80 base vitus essence per round with active resource drop chance, resource booster, drop chance blessing and a smeeta kavat. If you're running an Interception it's best to keep two cap points red after you gain 1-3 percentage points of a lead for each round. This method increases round times and keeps enemies from scaling too quickly.

I love the way this info is presented. The one thing I will say is left out is the true potential of arbitrations. With a fully minmaxed squad and an average amount of smeeta procs, I usually net around 400k kuva for a 2 hr farm, which is 200k/hr. This also doesn’t require the initial 90min investment that SP fissures do, making it much, much faster. Unfortunately, an arbitration this good is quite rare, Cinxia being my only usual go-to. Also, not enough ppl know about this, so forming squads with the proper meta is extremely difficult. I was really hoping this farm would get some light shed on it so squads in the arbitrations discord with the proper meta would become more common.

Steel path fissure survival is the absolute best way to get kuva, as you get more steel essence drops due to the mission boosters applied over time, which will combine with your own resource booster.

You forgot to mention that with steel path fissures its more worth to go as far as you can. Since its a fissure you get a resource booster after a certain number of relics opened which stacks with the normal resource booster. The absolute BEST kuva farm is a Steel path requiem survival fissure.

Best strat for kuva survival in sp is waiting till 11 minutes that all the life pods have spawned, and cycle one, so you don't have to run arround endlessly. There's an insane tile with a covered pod and only 2 ways in, perfect spot for khora to stay forever (also allows to place the accolyte in a good spot to leave the SE on the ground in hope of a cat proc) EDIT : SE FARMING FOR KUVA IS DEAD THANKS DE

You have massively misjudged the maximum Kuva/VitusEssence per Hour one can acquire in Arbitrations. It is possible to get up to 250-400 Vitus Essence per hour, thereby being 100k/hr on average for a good mission node, or even up to 160k/hr if you get lucky with cat proccs on a good mission node.

What I don’t understand and forces me to run solo is steel path fissure missions. Everyone seems to run as fast as they can to extraction. They will skip enemies just to get to extraction. Like why run steel path for 1 steel essence. If you run through the whole mission the enemies usually de spawn.

there is currently a bug, punch through on all aoe weapons doesn't do anything, thus ogris aoe arbitrations see lower vitus in general, also some tiles which were good for this strat are now sub optimal to mediocre

Only for starters getting those relics can be a pain. Once you killed a few liches, you will be getting relics killing off the thrals and never have to really farm relics anymore. If you are just on the look for req relics, just play some of those kuva siphon missions and just don't bother with the siphon stuff, you don't have to do the siphon stuff as the relic reward is given random at the end of the mission. So, play fast mission = sabotage, ext, capture. And always play the flood mission to guarantee a drop. And then, be on the lookout for the fissure exterminate mission on kuva fortress and always try to get a 4 people squad

This is good guide and nice calculation. But you massively undermined the arbitrations. Your estimates are 40k per hour max but I am not veteran of arbis, rarely find a good full squad even I got +250 vitus essence in 40-45 min missions. which translates to roughly 125k Kuva. And I saw lots of screenshots people are getting more than 400 vitus essence. Yeah everything else on this video might be good but possible best method just described here like something trivial kuva farm.

The drop rate of requeim relics from kuva siphon missions is 30%, not 50%. It's even listed on the mission directly.

Where are you seeing that? The official drop table has the relics down as 50% and the in game alerts page doesn't show a drop rate, only "Chance of Requiem Relic".

The software has tons of advantages there is just that pesky use at your own risk part, I really wish more devs would do a blizzard with its modding community, that way a lightweight add on like this could be safely used and if it crosses a line DE could contact the maker and do whatever, mods can be great things that can fix annoying things with games that the game devs don’t really have time to fix (with a team the size of DE fixing something like the inventory screen or mod window means that an update gets put off or a new frame isn’t made) Ideally I’ve said the best option would be for de to contract out the making of an addon that is fully controlled by DE kinda like how the companion app works on mobile (that I exclusively use to deploy extractors as doing it from the ingame map is such a pain, I will actually log out of game claim and redeploy them then log back into game and carry on running missions)

It's all good and dandy, but this kind of stuff leads to burnouts. Kuva/rivens is a devilish random. And Warframe is just a game with developers trying to make some money. Without Amazon Warframe was a bit more humanish. Now it's something else. So, an advice from a vet.. don't bother with this stuff. Avoid grinding, accept the game while it brings some joy :D Rivens are all about making a little more dmg or plat. A little more dmg in Warframe is nothing. Necessary plat you will still make from completing random content. That's it. The real deal is that you stay. That's what matters and leads you to smth in Warframe.

as with any kuva farming video on yt, the conclusion on the best kuva farm is wrong. An optimized arbitration run can get you as much as 600 VE per hour, 240 000 kuva/h, which is a lot over the 140 000/h max from disruption
