Remember, tornados can be very dangerous especially during night time so make sure you have a radio on you at all times to see the status of the tornado. and if your on the road don’t go under a overpass it will create high wind gust and suck you out, hide inside of a ditch and lay flat protecting your head from any debris.

This was actually in sulfur Oklahoma, I live in Marietta Oklahoma and it was bad sulfur lost all of their downtown, and lots of houses, and Marietta lost their dollar general and homland, the nursing home and hospital was damaged, Valero was damaged badly, and the dollar tree warehouse is also completely destroyed, and 50-60 poles was down so we were out of power for 3 days, their was also a confirmed fatality, a lot of people were injured, their was also 2 semi-trucks stacked on top of each other, and true fact our tornado was the worst out of all of the 25 tornados that happened in the central US, because our tornado was a EF4 and lasted for 27miles. So yeah it was terrifying, but anyways I'm sending prayers to people who need it after the tornado.

I know the feeling when being in a car and a tornado passes right in front of it. Christmas day a few years back we went to my wife's family. Just had got there and the weather was getting worse. I told my son hurry and go in. Me and the wife stayed with my infant son. That's when it struck. You can see shingles being ripped of roof tops and basketball goal flying around. The car was shaking Vigorously. My wife was panicked and I think it's was the most scared we ever been. Come to find out her family took shelter in the bathroom and we did find out it definitely was a tornado and it jumped about 5 to 6 blocks and caused an accident. We were blessed

I live in west yorkshire UK. I had been reading the Bible and was thinking on a verse that stuck in my mind: Proverbs 1:27. when calamity overtakes you like a storm, when your disaster comes on like a whirlwind; when distress and anguish come on you. I thought, as i drove, we dont have whirlwinds in England... and at that very moment as i came towards a wide area of grassless verge, there was a 4' high whirlwind happening right before my eyes, i pulled to the side of the road and watched it as it kicked up the dust, the winds from differing directions coming together and becoming a visible whirlwind... I was proved wrong, we canhave whirlwinds in the UK, but to happen right there, as i approached the spot! Proof that when God wants you to know he's present, He will Make It Known.

Heres a small story I heard from my family when I was home alone. They were driving along the highway coming home until a small twister managed to get a hold of them and literally flung my familys car across the highway (into the opposing lane to good lord). But luckily the highway was empty at the time and they got away safely after the twister let them go. Man that was a wild story to hear from my 4 sibilings and parents.

I live in Oklahoma and just two days ago, April 27th, there was a massive storm all over the state. Stillwater (city in Oklahoma) was nearly completely destroyed. It is super sad to see people’s houses get destroyed and then they have no where to go. As someone with trauma and ptsd from a tornado, I get very scared when there’s any sort of weather like this. (May 13th, 2013 if you google it). That tornado wiped out the whole city of Moore and I was there. Anyways, please pray that all this crazy weather ends because tornados keep happening and severe thunderstorms keep occurring every day. Well, I guess that’s Oklahoma spring for ya’.

Thats like the Dallas tornados after Christmas in 2015. Was going frm Santa Fe, Texas to Fort Dodge, Iowa and literally hit all 4 seasons in 1 damn night. Was 16wks pregnant and soon as we hit downtown Dallas phones blaring, radio was blaring, city sirens blaring and my husband "What do we do!" My response was "Texas doesn't have basements! Drive!" So we floored it out of Dallas thinking we escaped it, but we where dead wrong! Radio and phone where still blaring and it was dead of night, we couldn't see shit on the highway. Then the sky lite up and I'll never forget it! There was a tornado on the right, a tornado on the left and a tornado behind us. I calmly looked at my husband and said "Take this exit, we need to make a stop at that gas station and get inside the cooler." All he said was "Ok." Thank goodness we did because the bridge we just went under to take the exit the tornado behind us went over. Knocked a truck of the bridge and cars in the highway below where in the ditch. Learned never to drive at night again after that.
