One of, if not THE most challenging thing to do in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet is 5 and 6 Star Tera Raids with random players. They often pick terrible type matchups and cost you the entire raid because of it. To prove this, I did tera raids with random players until I lost!

I'm so bad with Tera Raids, even with help. The first 5 start Tera Raid I ever did was the Iron Leaves and I just kept getting REKT over and over again. I was only able to get it by atk boost cheering and letting the others take it down for me. I literally won by doing nothing!!

People have been surprisingly good at picking their mons in my experience. Or they just pick Iron Hands and one-hit the thing after a bellydrum.

You have better luck then I do. Whenever people pick Iron Hands and Belly Drum, the raid Pokémon either immediately removes all stat increases, or they use Iron Hands against a Pokémon that it is weak to

😂i had this exact same issue with the exact same excadrill with the exact same tera type TWICE THAT THING IS A MONSTER

As soon as I saw what everyone else brought, my heart sunk. Excadrill is already scary by itself, but being around level 85-90 and with teammates picking the wrong mons…o knew we were toast 🙄

lol yeah 6 stars are always level 90 and 5 stars are 75 so its a big jump when you have no help 😂@@Secrona
