A while back I had the idea of random evolutions every level, with the twist that every evolution is guaranteed to be a Pokémon that learns a move at that level. You must replace a move, even if the move being learned is garbage. If a Pokémon evolves into a Beedrill at level 15 and you don't want Focus Energy, too bad, hope your next evolution has Super Luck.

EDIT: GUYS YALL REALLY NEED TO STOP ALL COMMENTING THE SAME THING I KNOW 😭 Kalos deserves more love to be honest, the game feels really beautiful but the characters don't all feel really fleshed out. Would've been the best generation if we got a Z version to balance the game by giving gym leaders mega evolutions and removing the characters that have no meaning to the plot

For some reason I really love Gogoat's design. Goats are one of my favourite animals, Gogoat has a brilliant name...and it's a motorbi-...hold up- If Gogoat isn't in Scarlet/Violet I will cry oh my God not only has it not been in a regional dex since introduction, what if it gets completely replaced by the legendaries-.... Anyway I also like Gogoat's design and have a bit of a Kalos bias! I like to use Gogoat wherever possible but it's only possible in X/Y without transferring...So it's refreshing to see it as the mvp here ^_^

not only is gogoat the mvp of this playthrough, but allow me to remind you that this gogoat was, on the final team, surrounded entirely by (pseudo-) legendary dragons, and it STILL managed to be the best member. its final teammates were a (mega) latias, a dialga, a goodra, a salamence, and a garchomp, and the GOGOAT was michaels self proclaimed ace of the team. absolutely god tier performance from the pokey hedge sheep. edit for apples formatting having an absolute stroke, and also to clarify that i am aware that all the dragons were randomized typing, so they werent ACTUALLY dragons, but still aesthetically they were, and the idea of a goat standing strongest among a group of literal dragons, one of which is the GOD OF TIME, is absolutely hilarious to me.

19:24 yeah a lot of randomizer where you randomizer pokemon, types, movesets, and abilities that happen quite a bit but considering the amount of pokemon to legendaries that makes sense
