Likeable players are Nadal, Federer, Thiem, Djokovic, Ruud, Rublev , Murray, Dimitrov, Schwartzman, Sinner, Tsonga (to name a few). Coming back after 2 years on the comment section, it's been a rollercoaster period for Rune, up and downs, I'd say not so good as I expected more, but, at the same time more of a learning season for him from which he should learn more from his mistakes and errors. I as a Novak's fan, see Rune as our friend and ally, and I'm not the only one, so he is in a way part of Nolefam too. When (if) Novak retires, Holger will be one the players I will be rooting for (I already do except when he plays against Novak), and I am expecting to see him beating Sinner, Alcaraz, Medvedev, Zverev and the other top 10 players on tournaments and grand slams. Then things will get really interesting in tennis when we have another big 3 or even big 5 with Medvedev and Zverev included.

Sad story here that there are hundreds of guys like Holger and Carlos in ITF Futures tour. There are hundreds! TENNIS PRIZE MONEY Tennis is very similar to the F1 car racing system by lottery of success. It's crazy hard to go through all that madness in ITF tournaments with minimal ranking points for winning to get chance to get into Challenger tour. Then the same hell and madness will continue there. That's just a lucky accidents when someone easily and very very lucky by passing both levels and get enough of points starting to be able to compete in ATP level. There is absolutely the same atmosphere and most levels of ATP matches are absolutely the same level as the main draw of ITF and Challengers. But already absolutely different prize money. To understand that just simply take a look on results of tournaments like Davs cup or Federation cup. Everytime a lot of sensations there. Sometimes absolutely insanely. Like loosing of top10 players to no names players out of top1000. So, after reaching ATP level in atp100 you are not surviving already by earning and can get more healthy food, coaches, physio and other specialists. Also you will get contracts with tennis brands for clothes and all stuff from $40k up annually. Tennis scoring and tournament system in the history of that sport is a huge SCAM. Just one organization and only one common ranking for all millions of players around the globe is even sound like a joke. Need way more tournaments and chances to get points. Way more tournaments with normal prize money that can cover traveling and living at least. Or tournaments have to cover all that spends for players. That's a stupid joke about everything happening now in tennis with prize money on ITF and even Challenger level. People most of time spending around 1000usd just to get into these tournaments together with coach (tickets, hotel, transfers, visas, registration, meals, insurance, practice balls, strings, overgrips, shoes, laundry). And even if they will win ITF Future tournament, they will get around same money (1000usd). So just one player in all draws (including qualifying draw) will cover his spending for join that tournament. Amazing stupidity of all that tennis story. Amazing. Amazing and stupid and sarcastically joking. TENNIS TOURNAMENTS DRAW Also, same thing with tennis draw. That's the same scam. Just think about that - seeded players in every tennis tournament have the easiest draw. One more time, all best ranking players in every tennis tournament has easiest way to win that tournament. Joke? Not at all. That's reality of stupidness of tennis on every level! From junior tournaments until grand slams. Compare that system with Swimming or Football or Basketball or any of contact fight sport. There they have groups and everyone challenge with everyone first in the group first. Then you go to the next level outside of groups. In tennis we got just one group (main draw or qualify draw) and if you lost JUST ONCE you are out right away. So you bought tickets, hotels, transfer, insurance, visas.. and after losing just your first match you out of everything. Come on! Give me a break. Thousands of players spending thousands of dollars just to travel to those shitty tournaments and just one lost zero all things they did. Tennis history knows thousands of examples when LL (lucky loser) easily won a few more matches after one more chance. So just one chance to play in tournament in another continent or country or city on new weather conditions, on new surface with new balls, with new backgrounds and around sounds (cars, airplanes, wind, city noises, birds and nature sounds and so on). Once again, just one chance to adjust to that new circumstances. That is all pure scam of ATP (WTA). Nothing else. TOP TENNIS PLAYERS been just lucky but most of them are absolutely common guys. 95 plyers of top100 are same simple players as all rest of top1000. Absolutely nothing special with their game. 99% of tournaments winning just 5-10 players from one year to another. Other guys just lucky to be part of that big show and their game is absolutely same as rest of thousands of players. Ywe can take any random guy from top1000 give him money enough to make him calm about losing his spendings and he will become way higher in ranking in few months. If he will be a bit more lucky then others he can go to top50 or even top20. That's already millionaire level. And as higher player be as more easier tournament draw he got. Roger Federer many times said that he was freaking lucky by starting many tournaments as seeded player. Even he publicly said that been seeded player is way more easier then not seeded. Is it fair? Bullshit. Of course it's not fair at all. So, guys like Holger are very often story in ITF tennis. Hundreds of guys like Holger or Carlos in Futures tour. But only lucky guys can go through all this hell and madness and not because of skills or talent... just lottery. Of course after Carlos get successful he becomes way more fearless and free in his shots selection and moving around the court. After that he stops to be regular player. Now he is a huge star of our sport. Very soon Carlos will become better then Nadal for sure. But take his fearless from him, and his results will drop to Futures level and he will fight in low cost torunaments for nothing again. With same technique and same fitness level as now. Tennis is not a sport of forehand and backhand. It's sport of shots selection. And winner making better selections. How? He more calm, more focused, fearless. Why? Many reasons. But tennis system on every level doesn't help to increase player's level. Absolutely opposite. Current system same as lottery. In normal sport (ex: swimming or running) difference between champions and other are crazy small. And density of results are huge! In tennis gap between champions and other are same big as difference between junior boxer and Mike Tyson on his prime. Reason? Everything I've wrote above. Novak Djokovic tried to change that system at the beginning of the pandemic story. But nobody supports him and his idea been lost in history. #tennis #holger #alcaraz #federer #nole #rafa
