Loved The Super Bowl when it was wood. Used to go over there and bowl plastic ball tournaments when the Churchills were part owners.

So typical on short patterns the lane breaks down a lot differently than you would think. You might start standing 15-20 ish at the dots, and throwing it to like 10, but once that oil carries down (because of all the urethane) your ball stops coming around the corner. If you move more left like I think you might have done you get into the fresh part of the lane where nobody has been playing, in which case your ball is going to jump off to the left at any point it sees dry. On short instead of moving into “fresher oil” move back to the right, and try to get your feet around 7 at the arrows. Staying in urethane obviously, you’ll have to swing it to maybe 2 or 3, but this gives you miss room in as well. Since the track area is all carried down you want to move right. Hope this help! You throw it really well, I think it’s just a matter of learning where to play the lanes. Stay confident man, being confident definitely helps when the lanes are hard, and good luck at your next tournaments! I’m glad I came across your videos, and i’m looking forward to seeing good progress.
