It's important that these teams still showing to general public how their riders work day in day out to compete on the highest level of the world tour, the sacrifices, the options, what they have to abdicate to still following the dream, and the general quality is higher year after year, a lot of riders are almost equal in their performances that one or two small details could make the difference on a hard climb or the finish line, to show the spectators some parts of their work helps the public to better understand what is like the professional road races and also to see how the riders suffer to try to have a chance to win, reach a podium or a top ten at the finish line!

Good on Almeida calling out Ayuso!! ....There is only one outcome that counts and that is YELLOW!! NOT a high placing/podium/white jersey for Ayuso!!!! They need to keep the pressure on JLB and JV in particular to avoid letting him build form as the race goes into the 3rd week! (where the greatest possibility for Pogacar's form to dip post Giro, hopefully he learnt from 2022 and realise he doesn't have to Boss every stage/important moment, sometimes you gain more by making the others figure a way to beat you, which Jumbo did in 2022, where he should have ignored Roglic and focussed on JV and was his own biggest rival, destroying himself) and that will take maximum sacrifice by ALL Pogacar's team mates, no room for even 1% of selfishness.

Tadej Pogacar's job for the last 6 stages consists in staying on the wheel of Jonas Vingegaard, if he can do that and save the most energy possible to perform on the 21st stage a unforgettable day, because if he wins the ITT on the last stage of the tour, with the yellow jersey and beat Remco Evenepoel (ITT World champion)and a few outsiders that will save all the energy they can on the 2 stages before the ITT ,Tadej Pogacar with a victory on that 21st stage, it will be another achievement for the history books!!
