i used to summer in Alburgh - (Point of the Tongue) - its heartbreaking to see how that small peninsula has been carved up into smaller and smaller plots of land to squeeze houses onto. Thank God for Alburgh Dunes state park -- i hope they keep it wild and don't decide to build stuff on that too.
