Along with the "town" having 2 names the river does also. It's the Toccoa River in Georgia but changes names to Ocoee River in Tennessee.

Amazing, thank you for bringing back great memories traveling here. I came here 3 times for BBQ competitions. It was very memorable because I won all three of them.. It was one of the best BBQ competitions that I have ever entered. So peaceful there and totally relaxing. Can't want to go back and visit.

Wow. Nice ride to an area I had never yet seen. Looks like a nice area to go visit sometime! I've been from Chattanooga south and back many times on my way to southeast coastal Georgia or to Florida to relatives. Then would return back home to the Midwest. Awesome video as always So car Boy!!! I enjoy them all! I appreciate your videos! Mark in Iowa.

Great Ride 👍 & details. As soon as you started the ride, I put my seat belt on 😃. I've been to most states but not Washington or Idaho or OR. Mom & I use to do a lot of traveling, visiting friends. Then (with family) we took a year to go cross country, in the RV. 😃

Missed Copperhill, Duck town, and Turtle town. Known this area 55 years. Is't growing GREEN. Let's keep the trash off the roads. All trash thrown on our roads ends up in the river that we love. How wonderful the red marks are not on the rocks any more. Time heals all. Love Simple man. Right song for a new generation. We love McCaysville and Copperhill.

To bad you never made it into Tennesse, if you had turned left at the four way stop you would have been in Copperhill, Tn. You turned right and stayed in Ga. I grew up in Copperhill and 62 years old, I know this area well and it is not called are known as a town with 2 names!

Hubert N You're 100% correct Hubert. I wasn't driving the car, I was a passenger, and realized this after the fact. That's a pretty area that I would like to return to sometime and feature more of. Thanks for watching.

If any time I enter a town that borders another state I feel compelled to visit across the border,I was in Kingsport tennessee and realized that Bristol Tennessee wasn't that far so I went there and and crossed over into Bristol Virginia and turned around and went back to Athens Georgia adding another state to where I have been.
