Wow thank you so much for this good video Matthew. Comparison is toxic cause it hurts peoples self esteem, it’s worse when parents compare their children. Why can’t you be more like your sister? She’s smart and you’re not. Why can’t you be as athletic as your brother? Why aren’t you as brave as your younger sibling? I was never on social media but I heard about how toxic it can be
