Shaanyou really nailed it in this video! You just described me!! My whole entire life I have always put the needs of everyone else before my own! And that is a big contributing factor in my anxiety. God bless you for what you do. Thank you!! 😊

Love this video Shaan! This led to compassion fatigue, stress then into the anxiety cycle. I come first! Learn to say no and have boundaries!

Thank you Shaan. This is exactly the video I need right now. I tend to always say yes to everybody, I force myself to do things that have no benefit for me and then I become angry against myself for wasting time and energies. The truth is, I always say yes because my brain is convinced that only by saying yes will I be loved by others. My goal for 2025 is to finally learn to say NO

Hey Shaan, I don't know where to look, but I never see anyone really talk about this: Disequilibrium. It's not dizziness, it's not lightheadedness, it's this constant off-balance feeling without any of the spinning sensations or anything like that. It's this constant feeling of being off-balance and sway-ey. I don't know how else to say it. I've tried to look for this, but I can't find anyone talking about it. It's been the most frustrating thing, even when I'm completely not anxious for long periods of time.. I'll still feel this disequilibrium. Not sure if you can touch on this or not, but I know I'm not alone with it.

I've gotten everything ruled out by doctors, even had a CT scan on my head and entire abdomen. Been dealing with it for a long time.

@@PatriciaMaybush I'm not a doctor friend, I can only understand so much from these papers. But, I found something since this comment -- A channel called "The Steady Coach". It seems as though what I was feeling is called PPPD. Doing research on it.

Very common and he has many video’s about this. It’s called dpdr ( depersonalization/derealisation) that will give you the dizziness/off feeling like you are not in your body. For everybody different. For me it’s chronic shortness of breath and chest tightness

You did a video in instagram where you told if everything get's quiet anxiety gets bigger, because the nervous system adjusts For example if you return home. What should someone do or how to respond in this moment, because in other moments it's easy to respond

Yo shawn why do u always say get ruled out by your doctor? If anxiety symtoms are like 1000 of them... u expect us to go to the doctor 1000 times? We all be broke! And what good would that do if whether it is somwthing good or bad , anxiety and stress is still needed to be worked out

I mean i feel like its kinda self explanatory on why he needs to say it. If someone actually has something wrong with them the first thing they are doing is blaming shaan lol

Yes 👍 comes and goes...I'm 50 and finally starting to take care of myself 😢I've had anxiety since I was 13 years old..(abusive father)which set me up for a lifetime of craziness...best thing I've done accept it..I'm healthy on paper I get blood work done yearly and tell myself it's all in my head and let the feelings come and go...the mind can come up with some crazy shit.. tension would be the cause of your jaw issues..
