hey! i used to get really bad cramps to the point where i couldn't move and i haven't had them ever since i went on birth control! if they ever get to a point where they're super bad i would recommend looking into birth control

Birth control comes with a lot of side effects for many women tho so I wouldn’t just recommend it to everyone. It gave me migraines and depression so I would be careful. Just listen to your body :) if the cramps are unusually bad I would go ask my doctor to check for cysts and endometriosis.

Haley & Alexis i don’t think she meant it that way. i’m sure luca loves vlogging, but she wants to enjoy time with her friends and live in the moment without thinking about filming it. also i can say from experience that vlogging with friends can be awkward, because they don’t always understand it or don’t want to be on camera!
