Hey Luca my dad taught me this when I couldn't sleep! "Imagine a sky full of clouds, and every one of those clouds is one of your thoughts. Then suddenly all the clouds disappear and the sky is clear, and so is your mind. Now you can fall asleep." Be patient it takes time

A tip for being in the middle of having an anxiety attack is to take your shoes and socks off stand on a cold surface close your eyes and count up or down and breath until it’s over. I learned this from my therapist and it helps a little I would recommend that❤️

I have post concussion syndrome from my 7 concussions. I have been struggling with it since my most severe, grade 3 concussion that i sustained in a dirt-bike accident in 2015. I was knocked out unconscious. Anxiety and depression has been a big part of my life since that day! I'm glad you're learning how to cope.. It definitely is a big change and is not easy. I totally understand what you are talking about. I had a super big change in my life and I started getting really bad sleep anxiety early in the night. Somethings that help are not looking at your clock (because it stresses you out) also try not to journal at night because it brings up all ur problems and ur mind keeps moving. I know it’s gonna get better tho 🥰🥰🥰

i really really really really felt when you said theres a lot going on in your life and it interferes with healing. i dont know how to balance everything going on and it feels SO overwhelming, today at school i almost cried because i couldnt stop thinking and had to start journaling in my phone to try and calm down. you definitely arent alone and thank you for being brave enough to share these feelings, its very comforting for the rest of us. i hope all gets better soon and i wish a lot of happiness, positivity, and healing for you! 🌻

Hey, I totally know what you mean about thinking so much that you can't fall asleep or even control it. this used to be a major problem for me, it would eat away hours of my time. What really helped me was letting go and not trying to control it or shut it down, just accepting it, it calmed it down so much and helped me to fall asleep. Keep being strong, and pushing forward!

It really helps to know that other people struggle with mental health too. The other day I was literally telling myself that instead of being depressed I should just be happy like Luca which just made me feel guilty. But now knowing that you also go through this stuff makes me feel better and helps me feel like I can get to a positive place like you.

U should see a therapist. All of my friends in high school go and their insurance covers it! Maybe just give it 1 try and you can let all of your emotions out and tell them about your stress. This will help u not think about it as much when u go to bed

I’m at the end stage of my concussion, and melatonin really helped me in the beginning getting asleep and it’s good for rebuilding brain neurons/connections, etc- not sure exactly what I was just recommended it by my doc!

I have been dealing with some of the same issues. I think it’s good to take a break sometimes because I do a lot and it stresses me out. Maybe it’s time to take a break and focus on your self.

I feel so sorry for you, dear Luca❤️ You are SO SO, strong! And you have a kind and loving family that love you SO much. ❤️ And i think it is very important that you talk about mental h health, because it’s real. Everyone have bad periods in life, so maybe this is yours. Be strong❤️ I am only in my 20’s and i had to remove my uterus and got the message from my doctor that i NEVER could have children..... I was deppressed for many many months, because it just felt so unfair. But now my happiness i back, i focus on all the good i have in my life! Good family, goood friends, living in a good country with free health care/free operations. And maybe this happend for a reason. That i one day can help a child that really need a kind and loving mommy❤️ so important to focus on the positive, and thank you SO much for helping me so much this year. Because when i had terrible days with the worst pain, i often click in to your channel, and it really helped me. You are special Luca, heart of an angel❤️ And i just wish the very very best! i had the same exact thing! for some reason when it starts to get dark out and when it starts to be bed time my anxiety peaks. cbd oil helps put me to sleep. also, therapy saved my life. i also has a concussion tht effected my mental health. it seems hopeless, but it does get better i promise. your brain needs time to heal. all i can say is hold on; pain ends.

Honestly same..except my bff no one knows about what I'm going through...mentally no body actually knows what I'm ACTUALLY going through...but some friends that I have are asking me what is going on..why our relationship isn't the same..but honesty I feel like I don't owe any explanations to any body but myself and it's OK sometimes to just cope with your problems with your own self...at least that's what I've been saying to myself... Reading these comments made me realise...that everyone goes through something sometimes and we don't even know...and it's ok❤❤

Have you ever considered using CBD or THC to sleep? I’m not sure if THC is the best option considering you’re already struggling with anxiety but I highly, HIGHLY recommended just giving the cbd a try. I have known tons of people to really find help with it, including some family members struggling with no polar psychosis and no sleep, plus my dog who had cancer! I’m really proud of you for sharing and I’m keeping you in my prayers ♥️

I’ve had these issues before and nothing that my therapist told me to do helped... So I tried out this meditation app called SimpleHabit. And trust me, my sleep issues disappeared immediately! I’m a creature of habits and routines too❤️ and adding this into my everyday routine made me so happy and relaxed❤️

Hey, I don’t wanna be pushy or sound inconsiderate, but pleeeeeeease see a therapist! If you do some research, you can find a therapist that has a similar personality as you so that it’s more likely that you’ll be comfortable talking to them. Regardless, I can’t stress enough how important therapy is! When you get the flu, you go to the doctor, right? When you get a panic attack, it’s just as important to go to a therapist! Your feelings are valid, and it’s so essential that you hold you mental health at as high of a value as your physical health. From my view, you’re struggling with sleep but still pushing yourself to socialize and exercise..I’m afraid that these were the things that contributed to your trauma! I know that I’m only seeing a small portion of your life, and I’m not even subscribed to you, but I really feel like I just wanna sit down with you and tell you how beneficial therapy is. I’m not a professional, I’m only a semester into studying psychology, and I don’t really know you, but I still can say, in confidence, that someone can help you work through these problems. You can’t only depend on your friends and yourself (this is something that I had to learn the hard way)!! When you go through trauma, your chemicals get all unbalanced, and sometimes, you need someone outside of your personal life to sit with you and help you balance them back (medicine isn’t always required!). This message is a mess, but I hope that you can understand what I’m trying to say. I’m intending to say this with absolute compassion! I’m sorry if it comes of condescending or whatever, I don’t know how to say this kinda stuff properly.

ah luca i can only understand how frustrating it is to be feeling so overwhelmed that it messes with your sleep schedule, not only that but also feeling stressed out and feeling the need to people please, i hope you can understand that its always best to put yourself first because ultimately in the end your the one person who will never leave your own side. i know being a youtube theres that pressure of uploading to please your followers but sometimes there needs to be a boundary you need to set with yourself, always check in with yourself! like ; “am i feeling okay? if i try and make a video today am i going to be genuine or have to put on this positive act? am i in a good mind space today? what can i do to improve my mood?” etc also if you or to ANYONE who see’s this there is a crisis textline number 741-741 text “HELLO” they ate trained certified counselors who can help in ANY situation literally it be you freaking out about a missing hw assignment or your feeling down about a recent passing in the family or even just feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or frustrated there are ALWAYS there to listen, and they’re empathetic! its free! (: also ik u dont know me and ive only recently started watching you but im a peer counselor on my schools campus so if you ever need someone to talk to personally i am here
