At the beginning of this season Lionel Messi announced to bring the Champions League back to the Camp Nou. He did everything he could, but in the end FC Barcelona failed again. Messi scored the most goals and had some spectacular performances, but it was not enough. Barcelona is too reliant on Messi, the „Messidependencia“ is higher than ever before.

How come when Messi loses the ESPN totally biased Messi fans blame the other ten but when they win they never give any credit to anybody else like Ter Stegen, who made a couple of great saves in the first leg like against Milner and Salah; Rakitić, who made a goal line clearance; or Suarez, who scored a brilliant goal getting the blind side of Joel Matip. Plus the media gets more views if they talk about messi as oppose to suarez, rakitic, MATS, jordi alba, coutinho, dembele, etc Its how media makes the extra $$$$$

At Anfield Barca just crumbled after 7th minute goal by Origi! Barca juat gave up, just look at Suarez's face! You struggled to contain Liverpool at Nou camp.. And theres nothing you could do at Anfield... Even if Dembele made it 4 LFC would have surged on for that winning goal as Trent so quickly did... But credit to Messi he did try to make things happen in the first leg.... Valverde made exactly the same subs as well... Not the teams fault, you encountered a worthy opponent with warrior spirit in LFC
