Per Biblical spiritual rules and protocols, having faith without doing any work is meaningless. This means that people who make proclamations, declarations, or believe in "name it and claim it" ideology but do not put in the effort to make it happen are just announcers. According to scripture, we must work hard to manifest our beliefs in God regarding our situation. Kevin you freed me from the mindset of tithing. so many times i was so disappointed from the churches and i kept on paying tithes believing i would be cursed. i am so free and i feel so much better helping the poor and widows. what freedom thank God

Read Hebrews Chapter 7. Abraham gave the priest in Genesis a 10th of everything he had. The Levites received a 10th of everything by law. With the new covenant, Jesus Christ has become the Highest Priest. I ask how then do we tithe to Jesus? The Holy Spirit revealed to me that we must now give to the body of Christ. Those that are in need. To feed the hungry, clothed the poor and etc… Just ask the Holy Spirit for clarity. He said ask and it shall be given.
