We underestimate the fact that banks are corporate entities also governed by greed. Since 2020, the banks have been over-leveraging their assets, which was one of the reasons for SVB's implosion. I think I saw a comment that put it perfect. The type of person who yolos $180k into something like dogecoin isn’t the type of person to sell, despite having $2mil (at the peak) which could sort you for life. The gambling mentality of this type of person isn’t one to quit, if he doesn’t sell at $2mil there isn’t a price he would. Even though he said he would sell at $10mil (I think), to be honest, I don’t believe him 😂

I put my entire life savings into doge when I was 19 and doge was trading below a PENNY. It was about 17k that I invested. I even convinced my friend to put 1k in and he ended up making close to 15k. I pulled my investment when doge hit 53 cents. I made 648k. Thank god I’m not an idiot like this guy was. At 20 I bought myself and my parents a house. And dumped the rest into retirement accounts, HYSA, and one brokerage account. I’m 25 now and have no debt.
