Could see the emotions in you mate , I feel for you because you see these things in your mind because you are use to extreme violence . 14 man, 14 😢 I actually struggle for my brain to even understand the parents pain. I’ve never seen real extreme violence just extreme abuse but I am an empath so I do feel ppls pain.

Tottaly agree mate, grew up in late 80's 90's im 43 myself and the streets up here are not a patch on how mental they were back then. You hardly see kids out now all in the house on social media's/ xboxs ect.. your highlight growing up was getting wasted on the weekend hanging about underpasses. I wasnt ever really in trouble myself but witnessed some stuff i'd not want my own kids seeing

The streets might be quieter, but I wouldn't say it's any better. There was a guy's body found burnt next the fitbaw pitch off Margaret drive up Muirhouse yesterday morning! I doubt he set himself on fire, and there's still at least one "recreational" murder a year here in the shire.😒

What gets me about our system is once you've had a fully committal remand every indictment is a fully committal and that happened to me on something I had nothing to do with and I pled to it simply because I new I'd get out quicker and have a release date.!! That's life I suppose

I’ve said for years it’s wrong that a judge can give you much longer cos he’s in a huff basically , ppl joke about it but for me none of how they are feeling in there personal lives etc should come in to it. It would t be correct no matter what but maybe it would be a touch better if in prison they were rehabilitating ppl and sending them out with a decent chance , they aren’t tho n then they have the cheek to say oh your back again. Aye sorry the bus ticket , few quid and a printed out sheet of homeless shelters that are already full didn’t help me much 😏

I wasn't in homes. I got fully committed in Kerelaw secure I was 15 though then done the first year of a 4 year sentence there before going to Polmont.
