Luke Mitchell reminds me a little of Colin Stagg, who was the main suspect in the Rachel Nickel murder, before Robert Napper was eventually caught through DNA. Stagg, like Mitchell, was a strange loner who listened to heavy metal bands and had a bedroom painted in black. So he was portrayed in the press as a "Satanic" type. Stagg, like Mitchell, found himself in every newspaper thanks to Police leaks, with one paper virtually telling the public he was the murderer. Stagg, like Mitchell, always maintained his innocence and like Mitchell passed a polygraph test, paid for by a Sunday newspaper. He walked the streets for years as the guy who got away with murder. Both cases are incredibly similar.

I know this might be hard to talk about, but I have never been able to get my head around the psyche of Arron Campbell and what he did to wee Alesha Mcphail on the isle of Bute. Spot on bra , the way you told that story is so close to the truth , I've done some homework on the case and it's diabolical that Luke Mitchell is a killer that's just went on to do his first murder from an average murder to the highest level of being a killer and the things that happened to Jodie Jones is on the psycho side of this horrific attack which would tell you that it's not Luke Mitchell it's someone that loves his blade and is not afraid to use it on anyone as we know now , that being said they two moped boys have a story to tell facts bra , and I think they used the moped to help what I believe to move the body away from the real crime scene because there was not enough blood to match up with the amount of blood that would have been everywhere around the scene with the way they butchered wee Jodie and then we have the brother , who has mental health issues, as you said bra , and he had already done lots of bad things to his own sister and the day after this happened or there abouts , he was checked into a mental health hospital where he had repeatedly been in and out of mental illness hospitals or prison even not to sure tho , but he is my main suspect and if you've looked into this case it's astronomically a mess facts and the justice system needs to clean their mess up because they never done it right the first time around , Luke Mitchell has done 20 years just past a month ago and it's time for him to be freed from prison and found innocent wether it's going to happen like that is another pile of bullshit but I certainly support Luke Mitchell and we as a group who have been peacefully protesting his release I've only been doing it for around a year but there's good people who have been on his side for a long time now , the justice system needs to have a look at themselves on this one facts brother !!!

Kris have you read anything about this case apart from sandra and Scott's take on it? Luke he pulled knives out on 2 girls before he killed Jodi. He was known to carry a balaclava and always carried a blade according to his pals. His teachers wanted him to see a child psychologist due to his behaviour but he refused. The missing knife, the parka his teachers and friends testifed to him having before the murder. Luke himself said his mum was burning stuff in the garden that night. Sorry for my last post I've deleted it but the way his supporters go on blaming the victims family and anyone else is the murder is not going to get luke out of prison. It's crazy how people can watch a couple of podcasts and a completely one sided tv show believe everything they say! Especially when their selling books about it. The bits that stand out to me is the potential of being on valium, the stuff you hear people doing while on that, they literally don't know what they're doing and then you've got the brother who's got the motive of being involved in attacking her before and being sectioned and put on anti psychotics. I’m fae Edinburgh and I know these wee toons round where this happened and they’re very cleeky I was trying to think of a polite way to say a lot of inbreeding- but it is what it is 😂 I’m not sure any of them will ever tell the truth they’ve took it this far and are probably too scared to tell the truth now incase they get done for perjury. The trial transcripts and statements of the granny sister and her boyfriend are bizarre. @@TinPailTV I think Scott has done a fantastic job working on this case over the years and like listening to him talk on the case For me if you were to ask anyone it’s Dr Sandra Lean as she knows the case even better than Scott Tbh if I was you I’d just keep doing you’re own analysis of it as both Sandra and Scott been heard many times A fresh set of eyes looking at it would be interesting especially from someone who has academic knowledge of criminology and has experience of the legal system from the other side I just thought Mitchell was guilty as years ago I was more naïve and just believed the papers but over the last few years watching stuff on it I was amazed at the total lack of evidence he was convicted on Also the jurors could not have possibly been unbiased after 18 months of the whole media basically saying he was an evil murdering wee b--/// who was having sexual relations with his mum etc etc all hearsay at best in reality probably out and out lies.

You can’t have listened very hard mate as Kris quite clearly says that all the info he has is from the press , internet his own reading etc , he makes the same point for every case he talks about and even when it’s someone he met in jail or was in jail with ge clearly states when he’s never spoken to the person about there case .

What was the actual piece of evidence that they used to get the guilty verdict , I mean it was a trial as he pleaded not guilty so don’t the jury have to be sure of certain things for them to find him guilty , I can’t understand how no one kicked up about the fact there was no blood or even possible trace of blood on Luke or back at his house etc . Maybe I’m being dumb but to me the fact there was no blood would be grounds alone to drop the case against him. Kind of feels like the jury has been coerced into a guilty verdict . I mean the fact that we in Scotland have the extra verdict of not proven makes it even weirder for me because the have barely made the case for a not proven in my mind never mind guilty

Kris / jury selection in Scotland needs looked into....retired coppers are permissable on a jury. I also beleive jurors who convict in curcumstantial only cases are being 'noted' by crown office and re-used / hand picked when they 'need' them for cases where they really dont have enough evidence but they proceed anyway. Dk if you'd be inclined to look into it ... I could write a book about their shenanigans ffs. Another one of their recent 'tricks', thats very common now, is coppers 'identifying' ppl from footage where its obvious u COULD NOT POSSIBLY tell who it is - e.g.someone with a clava on....naive jurors somehow then believe that coppers can see something they cant - ive been on receiving end of that one. Corrupt AF. I could go on. ✌️
