I really empathise with Tamar's situation. She seems to have been crying out for help for a long time. Betrayal is one thing. Having it happen many times would affect anyone's self esteem. Being in the spotlight from a young age probably doesn't help either. Being on Reality tv with her family, and having issues that are aired publicly must be extremely stressful. She has no where to hide. She's famous. No one tells you when you have a baby that you may not bond with your child straight away. Attachment with your child takes time it's not instant. And having problems with your child's father makes things worse. Women are under so much pressure as well to get the pre baby body back. Our bodies are supposed to change during pregnancy and after childbirth. It's NORMAL. I hope Tamar finds peace and gets the help that she needs before it's too late. She needs our prayers. And probably a good counsellor.

Agreed. At first I thought she was kidding around about the baby taking her spotlight but as time passed you could see she really didn't want a child because it would get in her way/take attention off her. That coupled with other behavior was evidence that she really was not in touch with reality even after being on a show and people telling her what her family has told her all her life. It was really hard to watch how she turned on them and accused them of being jealous when they truly wanted her to be successful. I'm challenged with feeling sorry for her sometimes because you never know if what she's doing is genuine or she's seeking attention again. I'm challenged with my family members as well. If you hold them accountable youre ganging up on them. If you stay neutral, you dont care. If you dont believe the bs they are still the victim. It’s so sad. Watching her episodes on the real daytime she was so happy, in love with her husband, amazing home, booming career, parties, glowing & thriving. Most importantly she was happy. Tamar was booked with shoots, music , the real, dancing with the stars I feel like her life was at it’s all time high then she got sick and it started slowing crumbling. I loved the Real when she was on it and I truly believe when she left it all went down. Shortly later her marriage fell apart so did her music and over all her family dynamic got worse. Sometimes I wish she could sue for emotional distress and the pain she endured after the real fired her it changed her. She lost amazing friendships and Loni always get emotional and says she didn’t get her fired. It’s weird because when Tamar got back on the show after her medical crisis they were emotional and happy to have her back just for her to leave shortly later. It’s also sad and weird how Tamar never ever spoke to them after she got fired to even re confirm if it was true if they got her fired it was as if she just listened to whoever fired her or told her she was fired. Because The girls at the real separately and together have said Tamar never has ever reached out to them. Then she got with David her now ex and it seemed toxic. I think she may have moved on too quick after Vince. It’s sad everything is just sad . I pray she finds healing and makes amends life if short. ❤️🙏🏽

These post pregnancy feelings are normal feelings most women go thru, it’s important to speak to the right professional, I can’t stress that enough. Many of us don’t know how to healthily handle stress in our lives, it’s something we have to learn 😅 when we don’t know how to handle stress correctly we do things like this, impulsive things and constantly seek attention. You have to heal yourself before you start to take on a new life again because all that drama before you going to bring it right on over into a second Second Life you have to heal first you have to know how to heal. It took me 19 years to heal from my first marriage abusive marriage. You have to learn how to forgive because when you have a troubled marriage you got to learn how to love yourself again. Tamar is an opportunist as well. She married Vince hoping that he would boost her career and when he did and she got famous she dumped him for a man who works in finance (money). On the show everything she spoke about was her career. She never really mentioned loving Vince just what he could do for her career. Watch season 1 and 2 of the Braxtons on Netflix and see if you can find and episode where she said she loved him

Remember she went through trauma about 6-10 years as child until her teenage years. On the Braxton’s show she mentioned when that sister’s left home she was left alone. Toni mentioned that the family was dealing with her mental health issues. After reading about the preacher from Florida. I am so glad that Tamar got away from David 🙏.

Tamar never showed vulnerability or humility and ultimately hurt her. Psychotherapy is not something shameful - it takes courage to look within and face your demons. I hope she finds herself ( the REAL Tamar that is) and is still in therapy.

For years I felt like Tamar and her sisters were not getting the attention they deserved. I do remember seeing Towanda on a show about getting help from a life coach because her than lazy husband didn’t want to work. So when they got the reality show I was beyond happy. I still can’t believe Tamar went from experiencing such a high only to loose almost everything. I listen to her podcast which is amazing fun and very informative.
