Terry Fox continues to be a beacon of hope and unity for Canadians everywhere and we are deeply moved to be a part of this special project. The resilience we've seen from our loved ones impacted by cancer, especially our brother Gord, inspired us to get involved to help bring an end to cancer and help continue the work that Terry started 45 years ago.
Terry started a marathon against cancer. Together we can end it.

My father drove us 3 times to see Terry when he hit Ontario. My dad saw him 5 times. My dad (still says he doesn't know what hit him - obviously it was inspiration) but he jumped off the curb. He put a $20 dollar bill in his hand. Terry said no - you give it to cancer research. My dad said no - I've given lots, this is for you because you need to eat. They shook hands. I've NEVER forgotten that moment - or any of the moments we saw him. My dad is now 87 years old and this is still one of the most powerful experiences in his life. This is a very moving video, and this version of Courage couldn't be more perfect. Terry and Gord... very emotional. Someone was a genius. This WAS Canada. STILL is. We still see Canadians step up when it counts. We're never alone.

Seeing how far Terry Fox made it on one leg is beyond inspiring and fueled our motivation along the way. I thought biking it was hard!
