(Bert) Bach in the Abitibi area, Quebec, where Grey Owl spent many winters trapping in the 1920s. Special thank you to David Sedlock for donating the film to this channel. I love snow and deep snow is ok to a point. But if i was out in the middle of nowhere and going one hundred yards took an hour or so would scare the hell out of me . Survival skills would determine your fate for sure. With no modern technology or gear these guys are the definition of toughness. Nice film
