if rob is smart, he will get Carolyn on his side, to vote off Danielle, then recuit Derrick to the traitors and get into a public talk where the two work out their differences about derrick wanting to vote off Rob.

3:56 I’ve been in comment threads about this on Reddit, and I really think Carolyn played this situation about as well as she could. She basically did the same thing as Delores did with Tom. Multiple people were telling her about Danielle throughout the day, so imo it would’ve looked more suspicious if she hadn’t said anything. And now when Danielle is being looked at more seriously, Carolyn won’t seem like a traitor targeting another traitor, because she’s already voted for Danielle.

A few of my thoughts of this season so far: 1. The big personalities of the US version always go out pretty early, particularly last season where the second half was pretty dull for that reason. I think a realistic casting for next season is Tiffany "New York" Pollard, and Omarosa since producers like casting rivals, but I fear one of them would be the first murder. The #1 Faithful of a Traitor is in a really powerful position if they can figure out who their "traitor angel" is. Unfortunately, for people like Andie (US S1) and Mollie (UK S2), some never figure it out. Who is #1 faithful of the traitors right now? I'm thinking Dylan for Rob, Derrick for Danielle. What about Carolyn?? 3. I think the gamers got rid of the Housewives early in retaliation to Phaedra being the star of last season. Unfamiliar with the Housewives' personalities and which one it could be, they got rid of all of them to be sure.

As something of a Challenge "superfan" I think your read on Wes is pretty accurate. On the Challenge he's often over-strategic to a fault. He loves playing a role of recruiting all the rookies and less strategic players to take under his wing and tell them how to play/vote etc, so he can take on the other big players alliances. You nailed it that this strategy obviously doesn't work on the traitors as it draws too much attention. I think to an extent he also just likes to create entertaining TV so I don't think he cared as much about being reckless. (SPOILERS FOR US S2)----- It's interesting as a challenge fan being a season removed from CT winning, as CT also basically played his usual challenge strategy (at least his later more successful era) of just floating in the middle of alliances, staying out of drama, and trying to be likable to everyone. Just thought that was funny how it played out for both of them. Anyway, thanks guys, have listened to every episode and very much appreciate your breakdowns and analysis.

@ As much as I can't stand Wes, I might agree with you. I was tickled pink to see Camille rain on Sam's parade and keep him from winning. He had harsh words for her as though somehow she was in the wrong for not deliberately throwing the game to them. Ridiculous.

Hi Matthew - you mentioned a couple of videos ago about getting tickets to The Traitors Live Experience in London. How long did that take for you to be able to book your slot? I put my details in requesting an interest for tickets over a week ago - the automatic message just says I will be contacted shortly. I just wondered if you had to wait a short while until you were able to book?

Hey! I managed to book mine instantly, so not sure what's going on. The website calendar shows which dates have good availability or limited availability and so on. I picked a date that had good availability so maybe that made a difference?

I love Danielle, but she's been making some terrible game moves. At this point, I'm hoping to see Rob and Carolyn both come after her, get her banished, and recruit someone else. But I don't know if its possible at this point for any two traitors to work together for even one day.

I think Rob is really hating that he is stuck with traitors he cannot work with. Rob imo does not care about the money, like Russell he is just after the trophy, the glory of winning this thing. Plus he already earned millions from survivor alone. It's like you see tennis superstars that can easily win 3 million, but that means nothing to them when they have hundreds of millions of dollars or billions and are just going for glory The unique thing about traitors is you can win with more than 1 person, and Rob is fine with that, he is someone that just likes to win. If he can 100% work with someone he's fine with increase his odds to win the game over the money. And there is an incentive in that at the end, that banished traitors don't reveal their identity, so it serves less purpose to backstab a fellow traitor. Rob might also want to play in somekind of allstars and he wants to be looked as trustworthy that will only come after people that come after him. But he has to also send a huge message to anyone that goes after him, so they understand what will happen, and why he has to take Derrick out and Danielle. Kind of like the "peace through strength idea". Otherwise people won't be scared of walking over Rob in future shows.
