"A Frozen Serenade" is an epic masterpiece ! This performance was from their concert at Tokyo Garden Theater which took place in last September (2024). The video you reacted to is a rip from the paid LIVE stream of this concert. Therefore, there was minimal mixing and no post-production, but the ladies still sounded absolutely awesome ! This show will be properly mixed and mastered to become Lovebites' latest LIVE album titled "No More Tragedy", which will be released on 5 March of this year (2025) and will contain 20 full songs (excluding a piano solo and a drum solo). The ladies performed for more than 2 hours and it was their longest show to date.

Because “Electric Pentagram” came out in winter, Asami wanted a sad winter ballad, Asami knew she wanted acoustic guitar on the track, Miyako recorded the acoustic guitar, but live, Midori has to play it , because Miyako is busy on piano. 🤘

This version, unfortunately is what happens when you livestream the event, for which you enter into a contract not to record or redistribute the footage. I think the snow was foam and not paper. This is from their 2024 show in Tokyo. They had a different snow effect in the 2021 performance of this. Both great. Awesome song.

Great but the recording from Ride for Vengeance (2021) is a better quality with closed captions for the lyrics kzbin.info/www/bejne/d5aboYSMqpKFhJo Nonetheless it is still a masterpiece with M&M, piano, acoustic guitar and without Asami's ballet dance you get in the 2021 version.!!!! The award for Best Power Metal Band 2024 they won in a landslide over some really well established bands (PowerWolf, Blind Guardian, Kamelot, Nightwish, Sabaton and another 35+ bands) with 53% of the votes.

In terms of metal guitar duos. Miyako and Midori are certainly one of the best there has ever been. Their speed, precision and technical skills are elite. The only other duo (I'm aware of) that may possibly have been better was Marty Friedman and Jason Becker from the band Cacophony (before Friedman joined Megadeth).

I don't think it was paper towels or anything, but something foamy. If you mess it up with paper or something, it's hard to clean up afterwards. I think they also make sure it doesn't affect the electronics.

You should've chose the Tokyo Dome City 2021 version because it's got the lyrics in the video and I like it better sound wise as well. At the very end Midori (finaly Miyako joins her) plays quick snowstorm like riff and it sounds just great but the backing track is too loud here and she seems like even she is not playing the riff may be.
