This really helped me. After searching online for self help I discovered spirituality some years ago and have become lost in it and have overwhelmed myself with too many teachers, Eckhart tolle, mooji, John butler, Rupert Spira etc to the point its halted and having a negative affect. Decided to watch this video and it's the calm I needed, absolutely resonate with the hamster wheel. Thank you for bringing some peace of mind this evening. ✨️
