You are kind of putting the cart before the horse. Connor can not extend until next summer. Not going to worry about it now. Also the Flyers greatly overpaid for 68 points.

I mostly bring it up now because time does fly and...I'm not so sure re-signing is the right move here. It won't happen this season, but I really do think the team should consider what a trade might look like. His value is certainly high in the moment! Again, not happening....but it would bring the team a tremendous haul, that's for sure.
