Nitro Circus is what happens when a group of extremely talented and fearless friends decides to make their hobby into their profession. This crew represents a cross section of everything awesome in action sports: freestyle motocross, BMX, skateboarding, scooter, snowboarding, skiing, BASE jumping, sky diving, and a bunch of stuff that shouldn't be taken down a ramp. Nitro Circus tours the world putting on shows featuring all of the above and more. In our constant quest to always do what we love and push the boundaries of what's possible in action sports, we have some epic crashes and legendary fails, but stick or stack, our only goal is to have fun and entertain the world in the process.

In case anyone was curious... these are a few of the injuries Travis has had in his life. Dislocated Spine Torn ACL, PCL, LCL, MCL Broken Left Knee 9 times Broken Tibia, and Fibula Broken Left Wrist twice Broken Left Thumb twice Broken back twice Broken right elbow Broken Right Now 6 times Shoulder Surgery Medal plates, and pins At the age of 14, Travis Pastrana tries a jump. He came up short, and went from 50mph to 0 in less than a second. This caused his spine to separate from his pelvis, internal bleeding, and he was in and out of consciousness for 3 days, in a wheel chair for 3 months, 6 blood transfusions Doctors say only 3 people have survived from that accident At Least 25 concussions

There's an old saying, "if you're gonna be stupid, you gotta be tough", and unfortunately somewhere along the line, a clerical error made it seem like a choice. The original form of the saying is, "If you're gonna be stupid, you're gonna be tough". Implying a more deus ex machina process, whereby the stupidity is actually the catalyst for the toughness.
