I just read something about using rock salt to kill weeds. Vinegar kills the top but not the roots. I realized rock salt would not be great for the ties. Maybe a test along the sides? It said to just sprinkle it around. Not table salt.

After watching a few videos of trains doing "fun-time" (CP 2816, Reading & Northern 2102), earlier this morning, its nice to see one actually doing some real work, even in inclement weather!

Working hard there. Nice fire wood for the 4th of July. Tree service my cousins son works for had been very busy around Pittsburgh PA with bad storms and torandos. Have a great holiday!

with all the potential logging work to be had, might the Millbrook RR look into acquiring a set of logging Buggies to move logs from where they lay to a prep area.
@MillBrookRailroad6 ай бұрын
@lordsherifftakari4127 I've thought about that, but flat cars are much more versatile, and any car I add to the fleet will need to be stored somewhere.

If you do a chain between the cars (or a bar) you could make them short for storage
