The david likely didn't have unbreakable, but was healed by a syringe. You can hear one of his teammates heal him at 7:55, and he is up at 8:15, 20 seconds later, which is the amount of time it takes for a syringe to be used. You could have prevented it from being used if you picked him up first instead of Taurie !
