What DOES work is that if you q r fast enough you can proc the mark immediately after the q before the r actually hits, so NOW you can proc it twice with q proc r proc, not sure if this is what DL was actually saying

I miss these co-streams, I wish they didn't just have them for super weeks and playoffs! Sometimes you dont want to hear phreaks shitty puns and azael talking about how is a world champion in wow like 20 years ago lol. I think one of the main issues with LCS broadcast is that everyone involved is a boomer pretty much, the LEC by contrast is full of younger, more energetic and creative people. Although LCS is a bit better this year (especially with jatt back), they still don't have any young, up and coming talent or even new faces to freshen it up. I mean LEC has Nymera, Trouble, Goulbourg, Dagda all coming in new this year. Why don't LCS casters ever retire or move into coaching/management roles so that new talent and people have a chance on screen?
