When I think about the Trinity, 2/3rds of the heroes represent the opposite spectrums of heroism. Wonder Woman represents the inspirational and idealistic light while Batman represents the brutal, aggressive, determined dark side of it all. One must represent the balance, or the middle ground. That being said, Superman can learn from both sides, Batman and Wonder Woman, in order to become the best of all heroes.

I find myself very protective of superman because his powers and idealism often annoy and irritate some fans which I don't understand, but of the three I identify with wonder woman the most. History was and is my favorite subject in school so my idealism, cynicism, and sense of practicality are determined by the actions of the past just like Diana's.

And I’m inclined to agree that there aren’t really differences in capabilities (between men and women) - and any that may actually exist are minor, balanced overall*, and should be ignored until such a time as we have addressed the serious problems in regards to the treatment of women. *for example, on average in both cases, it appears that women live longer than men (though that probably wasn’t the case in times and places when maternal mortality was high (basically always until the modern era) and there wasn’t fighting going on that got men killed (aka peacetime with negligible other violence, came and went - but also excluding places where men were in high-risk jobs, like hunting - for the First Nations tribes - or mining)), but it seems that men might be a little bit stronger than women. Note: yes, I am a straight, white, cisgender male, and also young. However, the large majority of my friends have been and are girls. If you don’t know what cisgender means, here’s it used in a similar sentence: Mike Pence is a straight, white, cisgender, middle-aged-to-old male, and is also extremely homophobic, transphobic, and at least one of sexist, misogynistic, and “shows dangerous disregard for First Amendment Freedom of Religion, by trying to place his religious beliefs into law”.

+ It's not about REPLACING any one. If you pay attention to this video you will take away that Wonder Woman as a Character has been around for Thousands of years. With the opportunity to observe mankind from afar as she learns about humanity. And so thus, Wonder Woman has many incarnations through out time. Like with her solo film in which we get her introduction into man's world. Versus Linda Carter's take in which she's out about in man's world. Wonder Woman is timeless. And thus there can be many takes on the character PAST PRESENT & FUTURE.
